THE JOURNEY — FOOTBALL TIMELINE
My Football Journey
From London to America. Every chapter that shaped the player and person I am today.

The Beginning
Every footballer has a moment they remember - the first time they kicked a ball and felt something click. At a young age you want to play as many sports as you can, but football stuck out to me. And, as any young boy does, I picked my team from day one - QPR, a club that ran in my family.

Early Bromley FC
My first taste of structured football. I began attending camps at Bromley FC aged 5 and then moved into their youth system. This was the beginning of my love for the game. I began as a striker, which at the time was suitable as I was nearly twice the size of some of my opponents.

Crystal Palace F.C. Youth
After impressing for a couple of years at the grass roots level, I was invited to trial with West Ham United F.C. and Crystal Palace F.C., which was common at that age, but I chose to proceed with Palace. Stepping into a Premier League pre academy environment was a different world. I spent two years at the club and I learnt a lot of important lessons which were valuable in my development, especially being so young.

Back at bromley - academy, jpl & scholar
Returning to Bromley with a new level of focus and intent. I rejoined the youth academy, and as the years moved, so did I, up into the Junior Premier League (JPL) side, with a long term footballing development decision to move from ST to CB.
And in 2022 we went on to win the treble - the JPL National Cup, JPL League Title and JPL League Cup. No team had ever achieved this before, which was incredible to be a part of.
Those past few seasons were vital for my development and allowed me to earn a two year scholarship at the club, from aged 16-18. Experiencing FA Youth Cup nights, U23s football, gaining a step closer to full-time football, especially being in and around a professional environment.

school team
Alongside my club football at Bromley, I spent some memorable years representing my secondary school, Ravenswood. What made that squad special was the familiarity - many of the lads I'd played with, against, or alongside in the Bromley District and JPL setups, which meant the chemistry came naturally from day one.
We had genuine quality in that group. But football doesn't always reward talent on paper, and with just a District Cup final win across five years, we fell short of what we believed we were capable of. That hunger to do more stayed with me.
The standout moment came away from home - a trip to Dallas to compete in the Dallas Cup. Representing my school on an international stage was something different entirely, and scoring the only goal of that competition for Ravenswood is a memory I'll always carry.

A Brief Trial at QPR
A brief but significant moment. The QPR trial came at a pivotal point in my development - an opportunity to train alongside the U18s and U21s at a club I had grown up supporting. On one occasion I was invited to train in a set piece and build out session with the first team, something that felt completely surreal standing there as a lifelong QPR fan.
I played for the U18s in matches against Sheffield United and Watford - two clubs with serious academies - and the step up in quality was immediately felt. The speed of play, the intensity, the margins. Everything was sharper. It was a window into what professional football actually demands, and it lit a fire that never went out.
Unfortunately, after the trial period, the offer wasn't on the table - but I am forever thankful for the opportunity. Experiencing something so important in my career has pushed me to be where I am today.

Crossing The Atlantic
The biggest decision of my career so far. Leaving London for St. Louis wasn't just a move across the Atlantic, it was a leap into the unknown. After everything that had happened in England, the academies, the trial, the years of pushing to break through, I had to ask myself what the next step actually looked like.
Maryville University gave me that answer. The chance to keep playing the game I loved at a serious level, while building a future for myself off the pitch too. It wasn't an easy decision, leaving my family, my friends, and the only country I had ever known behind. But I knew staying in my comfort zone wasn't going to get me anywhere closer to where I wanted to be.
Landing in St. Louis for the first time was overwhelming in every sense. New country, new culture, new team, and not a single familiar face. But that uncertainty came with an excitement I hadn't felt in a long time, a clean slate, and a fresh chance to write the next chapter of my story.

Maryville University — Freshman Year
Arriving as a freshman in a completely new country, new city, new team. I knew it would be tough, on and off the pitch, adjusting to a new life away from home, but the fight to earn minutes kept me focused. In my first season I logged 364 minutes, with 2 games started and 13 appearances.
I was also privileged to fly out to Colorado for the first time, to compete in the USL 2 league for Albion Colorado, playing the highest level of semi-pro football in the United States. This opportunity allowed me to meet some great people and build some connections to last a lifetime.

Sophomore Year — Conference Champions
Having already gone through freshman year, I knew what to expect this time around - the pace, the standard, the demands of the league. That experience gave me a different kind of confidence walking into preseason. I wasn't the new guy anymore.
Falling short in the conference final the year before stuck with me. That loss became fuel. I wanted more minutes, more responsibility and a real chance to contribute to this team in a way that mattered. I trained with that chip on my shoulder all season.
It all came together when we made it back to the conference playoff final - and this time, we finished the job. Winning that title with this group, after everything that led up to it, made it one of the proudest moments of my time at Maryville so far.
I finished the season with 624 minutes, 5 starts, 13 appearances, 2 goals and 2 assists, taking me a step closer to the success I was envisioning and working towards.
Following this season's success, I returned for a second time to Colorado, to again compete at the USL 2 level, surrounded by a great group of lads, building some memories I will keep forever.

Junior Year — The Next Level
This is the chapter being written right now. I sit here, ahead of my third fall season at Maryville, more than excited for what is to come.
I have personal goals that I have set for myself and ones for our squad success, those being what spur me on to hopefully achieve more minutes, goals and assist than previous years, and to take home more silverware and possibly even a spot in the regional team of the season - all pushing me closer to that end goal of achieving a professional contract.
